These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Moneza mobile application ("App"), website (monezatech.com), and related services (collectively, "Services") provided by Moneza Technologies Private Limited ("Moneza," "we," "us," or "our"), a private limited company registered in India. By downloading, accessing, or using our Services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy (available at monezatech.com/privacy). 1.1 These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Moneza Technologies Pvt Ltd. They apply to all users of the Services, including registered account holders and guests.
1.2 The Privacy Policy is an integral part of these Terms, detailing how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.
1.3 By using the Services, you confirm you are at least 14 years old or have parental/guardian consent if under 18, and you agree to comply with these Terms. For users under 18, parental consent is required for data processing under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

2.1 Moneza is an Edtech platform offering AI-driven courses and English conversation classes in Hinglish, designed for Indian learners. Services include:

6.1 Eligibility: Only users who purchase a ₹4,999 or ₹10,999 bundle are eligible to participate. Single course (₹1,999) buyers are not eligible.

Referral rewards are earned only for bundle purchases. Users are not paid to download the App, leave reviews, or install the App without making a purchase.
6.2.2 These earnings are calculated based on our referral reward structure and are not to be interpreted as commissions in the traditional marketing or MLM sense.

8.3 By posting content (e.g., feedback, reviews) through the Services, you grant Moneza a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sub-licensable, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and distribute it.

10.1 The Services integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., Google Play Payments, Apple In-App Purchases, UPI providers), subject to their terms.
10.2 We are not responsible for third-party service issues but will assist with disputes at support@monezatech.com.
10.3 The Services may include links to third-party websites. You access these at your own risk, and we’re not liable for their content or practices.
10.4 Moneza Technologies Private Limited uses trusted third-party services, including Cashfree, to handle payments and reward disbursements. Moneza is not responsible for any delays, errors, or disruptions caused by these services but will assist users in resolving such issues where possible.
11.1 Google Play: The App complies with Google Play’s Developer Distribution Agreement, including content ratings, privacy policy disclosure, and restrictions on prohibited content (e.g., gambling, adult material).
11.2 Apple App Store: The App adheres to Apple’s App Review Guidelines, ensuring clear in-app purchase terms, account deletion options, and no manipulative practices.
11.3 If the App is removed or rejected, we’ll notify you and work to resolve issues but are not liable for store decisions.
12.1 The Services are provided “as is” without warranties, express or implied, except as required by law.
12.2 Moneza, its officers, directors, and employees are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., loss of data, profits) arising from your use of the Services.
12.3 Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Services, where permitted by law.
12.4 Some jurisdictions may not allow certain exclusions. If applicable, some limitations may not apply to you.

18.2 Feedback does not contain confidential information, and Moneza is not obligated to maintain its confidentiality.
19.1 You may post content (e.g., reviews, feedback) through the Services, ensuring its legality and appropriateness.
19.2 By posting content, you warrant that you own or have rights to it and that it does not violate third-party rights.
19.3 Moneza reserves the right to monitor, edit, or remove user-generated content that is offensive, inappropriate, or violates these Terms.
20.1 Moneza is not liable for delays, interruptions, or failures in providing Services due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, server outages, or government actions.
21.1 Updates: We may update the App or Services, and you must install updates to maintain functionality.
21.2 Fee Changes: We may modify course or bundle prices with reasonable notice (30 days) via email or in-app notifications.
21.3 Severability: If any term is invalid, the remaining terms remain in effect.
21.4 No Waiver: Failure to enforce a term does not waive our rights.
21.5 Entire Agreement: These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the full agreement between you and Moneza.
22.1 Not a Pyramid or MLM Scheme
Moneza Technologies Private Limited operates under a single-level referral model. Users are rewarded only for direct referrals of paid course bundles and do not earn commissions from further downline purchases or team-building structures.
We do not promote multi-level earnings, chain marketing, or recruitment-based commission models.
22.2 Legal Business Model
Our platform is registered under Indian law as a private limited company. Our courses, pricing, GST compliance, and referral system are designed to be fully transparent and ethical. All commissions are based on direct sales and subject to taxation and KYC verification.
22.3 Educational Purpose First
Moneza is an edtech platform first. Referrals are optional and designed to help users grow our educational mission while being rewarded fairly for doing so. The primary value comes from the educational content we deliver—not from recruiting others.
