These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the Moneza Internship and Project-Based Training Program (“Program”) offered by Moneza Technologies Private Limited, a company registered under the Companies Act 2013, India (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”).
By submitting your application form and proceeding with this Program, you (“Applicant”, “Participant”, or “you”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
1.1 The Program is primarily a training initiative designed to provide students and learners with project-based practical experience in selected technical domains.
1.2 The Program includes an internship component for experiential learning purposes only. It does not constitute an offer of employment, job placement, or paid engagement.
1.3 The intent is educational, enabling participants to strengthen technical skills and complete academic or professional internship requirements through real-world guided projects.
2.1 Applicants may submit their details via the official Microsoft Form link shared by Moneza Technologies Pvt. Ltd. or its authorized distributors.
2.2 Submission of the application form does not guarantee selection.
2.3 All applications are screened on the basis of profile information, interest area, and resume.
2.4 Only shortlisted candidates will receive an Offer Letter of internship through their registered email address.
3.1 Moneza Technologies Pvt. Ltd. does not charge any fee for the internship itself.
3.2 A nominal fee of ₹999 (INR) is charged solely for the structured training component that accompanies the internship.

3.4 The ₹999 fee is payable only after issuance of the Offer Letter and confirmation of your selection.
3.5 Payment details (QR code / UPI ID) will be shared via official company email after shortlisting.
3.6 The fee is non-refundable, except in the event the Company cancels the batch before commencement.
4.1 The Program runs for approximately three (3) months, consisting of three project phases (one per month).
4.2 Upon successful completion of all assigned projects and submission of required documentation, the participant will receive:

5.1 All official communication, project updates, and deliverables will be made exclusively through email using addresses ending with @monezatech.in or @monezatech.com.
5.2 The Company will not be responsible for any information shared through unofficial channels or personal messaging platforms.
6.1 Participants must maintain academic integrity and complete their project work independently.
6.2 Any form of plagiarism, fake submissions, or misrepresentation may result in immediate termination from the Program without refund.
6.3 Participants must ensure that the information provided in the application form and attached documents is accurate and authentic.
7.1 All project briefs and learning materials provided remain the intellectual property of Moneza Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
7.2 Participants may include their completed projects in personal portfolios, provided due credit is given to Moneza Technologies Pvt. Ltd. as the training provider.
8.1 Every certificate carries a unique verification ID that can be validated at the official verification portal: https://monezatech.in/verify.
8.2 Only certificates generated through this system will be recognized as genuine.
9.1 The Company is not responsible for university recognition policies, external job placements, or third-party interpretations of this Program.
9.2 Participation in this Program does not guarantee employment, placement, or recommendation for any specific organization.
10.1 By enrolling, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data (name, contact details, educational background, etc.) solely for the administration of this Program.
10.2 Your data will not be sold or disclosed to unauthorized third parties.
These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
