We use industry-standard measures to protect data during transmission and storage. Payment details are processed securely by third parties (e.g., Cashfree, Google Play, Apple). We store data on secure servers, but no system is 100% secure. You’re responsible for keeping your account credentials (e.g., password) safe. 10. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide Services (e.g., course access, referral rewards). Inactive accounts are deleted on user requests. Data required for legal compliance (e.g., tax records) is retained as per Indian laws.

11. Children’s Privacy and Parental Consent

Our App is suitable for all audiences, including children, but we do not knowingly collect data from users under 18 without verifiable parental consent, as required by the DPDP Act, 2023.
